Structura is a consulting engineering firm established in Montréal in 2011. It has cutting- edge expertise in bridge engineering, which allows it to offer inspection, assessment, design and legal or technical services across Quebec and abroad.

Building confidence

Over the past ten years, Structura has completed hundreds of inspection, assessment and design projects for major private and public clients. Structura’s clients include the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ), the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI), the Ville de Montréal, the Société des Traversiers du Québec (STQ), the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources naturelles du Québec (MERN), Hydro-Québec, as well as municipalities and private companies.

We believe that the success of our projects is not only due to the skills and qualifications of our technical staff, but also to the relationship of trust that we build every day with our employees, our clients and our partners.

Maintaining agility

Agility and value creation are present at every stage of our mandates. Our engineering assessment teams have the skills and equipment to design and implement complete solutions for specific needs, regardless of project size or access constraints.

In addition to their postgraduate training in structural design, rehabilitation of engineering structures and project management, our engineers are qualified to perform work in difficult access, rope access, confined spaces or underwater.

We wanted to create a consulting engineering firm that works differently. The firm is managed by associate engineers who are directly involved in the implementation of all mandates. As such, management has established a collaborative workspace that encourages individual skill building, teamwork and accountability to colleagues, business partners, clients and society as a whole.

This commitment by Structura’s professionals means that everyone maintains an overview of the mandates and produces top-quality deliverables within the budget and on time.

Structura carries out inspections, load bearing capacity assessments, designs and legal or technical expertise. We work on bridges, buildings and structures, across Quebec and internationally.
